At UK Mountain Adventures, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to ensure safety and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for safety compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
